Andrew Cort has been involved in the Holistic Healing Arts since the 1970’s, when he studied chiropractic manipulation, nutrition, and applied kinesiology, and his deep appreciation for eclectic work began as he collaborated with MD’s, herbalists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, flower remedy practitioners, hypnotists, homeopaths, and many others in New York City. Today, Andrew maintains a Healing Practice in Mt. Tremper, NY, on the grounds of the Matagiri Center. He understands that all real healing is self-healing, and our power to do this comes from our Oneness with the benevolent power of Creation, in which all things – including healing, abundance, love, and joy – are always possible when we let go of our limiting beliefs and tensions, and ‘tune in’ once again to the sacred beings that we really are.

His hour-long healing sessions focus on restoring the natural rhythm and flow of healing energy, by using the magical powers of touch, intention, prayer, music, breathing, deep relaxation, and most importantly helping you engage the infinite power of your own mind, with the aid of visualization, suggestion, loving emotions, and finding faith once again in all your amazing power. During each session, you will become more connected to your inner source of strength and wisdom, fostering a profound connection to your true self. Through consistent practice and commitment, one can achieve genuine transformation, leading to improved physical health and a deeper sense of spiritual well-being. The goal is not just to heal but to empower you, giving you the tools and confidence to take charge of your own healing journey and live an ever-more vibrant, fulfilling life.

Dr. Cort received his Chiropractic Degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences in 1982. He does not currently practice chiropractic or medicine, but has merged his eclectic studies in energy, relaxation, touch, sound, positive thoughts & emotions, applied kinesiology, and the power of the imagination (through visualization), into his current work. He has led a Renaissance life in many ways: he is the author of numerous books on the Western Spiritual Tradition (as well as health and environmental issues, American education, and the devastating social consequences of an overall loss of interest in the Sacred); a Math and Physics Teacher; an Attorney; an Interfaith Minister; an Actor; and his favorite role of all, a Dad,

Dr, Cort considers himself a devotee of Life, and is grateful for his many spiritual influences including G. I. Gurdjieff, Paul Brunton, Sri Aurobindo, Oscar Ichazo, Thich Nhat Hanh, Esther Hicks, Richard Gordon, Neville Goddard, Tom Kierin, Joseph Murphy, Bashar, and other guides and teachers.
